The Serengeti Infinity
Terms and Conditions
When booking a safari or tour with Serengeti Infinity, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking and Payments
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 weeks prior to the tour start date or in cash upon arrival in Arusha.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. All payments must be made in USD or Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
- Currency Fluctuations: Once your booking is confirmed, the price of your tour will not change due to currency fluctuations.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Client:
- If canceled 30 days or more before departure: Loss of 20% deposit.
- If canceled 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total price.
- If canceled 14 days or less before departure: No refund.
- Cancellation by Serengeti Infinity:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour of equal value.
Changes to Booking
- By the Client: If you wish to make changes to your confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes where feasible but cannot guarantee availability. Additional charges may apply for changes made within 30 days of departure.
- By Serengeti Infinity: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, park regulations, or other operational concerns. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
Travel Insurance
It is mandatory for all clients to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and high-altitude trekking (for Kilimanjaro/ Meru). Serengeti Infinity is not responsible for any personal injuries, damages, or losses that occur during your trip.
Health and Safety
- All clients must be in good physical condition to participate in safaris, treks, or any outdoor activities.
- Serengeti Infinity is not responsible for any accidents, illnesses, or injuries during your trip but will assist in securing necessary medical help in case of an emergency.
Travel Documentation
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport and any required visas for entry into Tanzania.
- Serengeti Infinity is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by insufficient travel documents.
Liability
- Serengeti Infinity acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, lodges, transportation). While we ensure the best possible experience, we cannot be held responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of these providers.
- We are not liable for any loss or damages caused by delays, cancellations, or changes in services provided by third parties.
Force Majeure
Serengeti Infinity cannot be held responsible for any cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or rebookings will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Complaints
Any complaints regarding the tour should be communicated to your guide or representative during the trip. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please submit a written complaint to our office within 30 days of completing the tour.
Photography and Marketing
By booking with Serengeti Infinity, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during your trip for marketing purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the tour starts.
Age Restrictions
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on all safaris or tours.
